My work is rooted in helping individuals awaken to their true selves, embrace their worth, and step into their fullest potential. Through a blend of personal experience and professional expertise, I provide a compassionate and supportive space for you to heal, grow, and transform.

My work is centered on these three principles: Discover, Embrace, and Evolve. Together, we will explore who you truly are, heal the wounds that have held you back, and empower you to live a life that aligns with your deepest values and aspirations.

My Story

I’ve always loved myself—at least, that’s what I thought. On the surface, it was easy to practice self-care, present myself confidently, and feel good about who I was. But as I continued to grow, both personally and professionally, something deeper began to emerge. Working with clients who struggled to love themselves despite their strengths, beauty, and potential, I realized something profound about my own journey.

In my work as a therapist, I encountered so many individuals who had been taught to see themselves as unworthy. They carried wounds so deep that they could barely recognize their own value. Guiding them toward healing, compassion, and self-acceptance inspired me to take a closer look at my own relationship with myself. I began to understand that true self-love went far beyond outward appearances or external achievements. It required me to love myself from the inside out—honoring my vulnerabilities, embracing my imperfections, and nurturing parts of myself I had neglected.

Through this process, I discovered that self-love isn’t a fixed destination but an ongoing journey. It’s about understanding myself more deeply, acknowledging the parts of me that needed healing, and allowing myself the grace to grow. Loving myself became about accepting all parts of me—my strengths, my weaknesses, my successes, and my failures. It became about embracing the beautiful complexity of who I am, in both the light and the shadow.

But this journey wasn’t without its struggles.

The COVID Struggle – Falling into Functional Depression

Then came the pandemic. COVID-19 altered life as I knew it. The world shut down, and with it, parts of myself I thought were unbreakable began to break. The structured, purposeful life I had built felt like it was slipping away. I was left to confront my own emptiness in the silence of isolation.

I fell into a state of functional depression. On the outside, I continued to be the healer, pouring my energy into my clients and striving to be their beacon of hope during a time of unprecedented uncertainty. But inside, I was slowly withering away. It felt like experiencing a slow, painful death—dying from the inside out while still managing to smile and support those around me.

The hardest part of this experience was grieving the person I used to be. The old me, the person I had carefully molded and shaped, no longer felt aligned with who I was becoming. It was like trying to force a square peg into a round hole, constantly struggling to make something fit that simply didn’t. The struggle only deepened my pain, pulling me further into darkness.

I felt utterly alone, despite being surrounded by friends and family. I couldn’t hear from God, even as I prayed and cried out for guidance. My cries felt unheard, and the emptiness was overwhelming. Yet, I had to keep moving, keep working, and keep helping others, all while silently falling apart.

But in the darkness, I discovered a vital truth: I had to let go of the old version of myself. I needed to embrace the person I was becoming, even though that meant releasing what I thought I had lost. This acceptance became the key to my healing.

Through this journey, I came to realize that self-love is not a destination but a lifelong, evolving process. The road is challenging at times, but the freedom and peace that come from truly loving yourself are worth every painful step. It is through this transformative experience that I’ve learned to accept, heal, and grow. And now, I’m dedicated to helping others do the same.
